Hi there! I’m Sonya and I’ve been writing professionally for close to 30 years now. Ever since that fateful day when our corporate director, frustrated by senior staff’s inability to produce acceptable copy, turned to me - his most junior, not quite 20 years old staff member - and asked me to write the cover document for a national direct mail campaign. His was a pat on my back that I shall never forget. And that day my fate was sealed because I realised I could do something when writing I couldn’t, and still can’t, when speaking. I can get to the point!! As it turns out writing was and is my thing.

Since then I’ve enjoyed a varied career and have written everything from job descriptions to HR policy manuals, from business plans to conservation plans, from newsletters to annual reports, from press releases to press kits, from speeches to policies, from children’s stories to trade journal features, from travel to culinary pieces, from obituaries to birth announcements, and…well…you get the point.

I now work with a fabulous support team and together we can write just about anything a client might need. The side bar highlights some of our services, but is in no way comprehensive. When we say that we are a full-range service provider, we mean it. Tell us what you need written and we’ll tackle it.

What we won’t write? Your school papers! Sorry students, but we’ve been there, done that! That’s your job. We also won’t touch written communications that prejudices or offends any group of people or individuals. Apart from that you’ll find that we are indeed your one-stop writing shop.
